Charlotte’s is located at 4258 Route 44, Millbrook, NY. The building was built in the 19th Century as a congregational church. It then became a live stock auction house, a summer opera house and then a number of restaurants including in the Seventies the Silver Horn, in the Eighties El Borracho and in the the late eighties Allyn’s. Alicia and Mikael Moller bought it in 2006 and it became Charlotte's.
Whether a romantic dinner for two, a festive family gathering, or a birthday celebration Charlotte's Restaurant in Millbrook is the perfect place to come. We pride ourselves on friendly service, charm and "food that dreams are made of". Guests may choose between the wainscoted dining room, with its mural depicting the four seasons of Dutchess county, and which offers views to the garden; the intimate bar area, with its crackling fire and warm ambiance; or, weather permitting, outside in the perennial garden. The menu at Charlotte’s changes seasonally, to make use the freshest local ingredients.
